ISO Tracker

An evidence-based tracker for interstellar objects, built around the 3I/ATLAS event in late 2025.

When: Kill decided 13 September 2026 and the Vercel project deleted the same day; the app had been serving at isotracker.org from its last production deployment of 22 December 2025.
Why: Sign-up was recorded as broken in the May 2026 review, the object that justified it had passed, and there had been no product change since 24 December 2025. Parked in May 2026, killed in September.

AI Search Arena

A monthly independent benchmark of AI-search tools: 32 tools scored by six models across 51 dimensions, with the methodology open under CC BY 4.0.

When: Kill decided 13 September 2026 and the Vercel project deleted the same day; the site had returned a server error since at least 12 September.
Why: Two benchmark cycles, then the monthly cadence broke. No product change since 11 May 2026. I decided to kill it rather than fix it.

LLM-TXT-Mastery

A tool that analysed a site and generated a spec-compliant llms.txt file, with a validator and subscriptions.

When: Site deleted 25 to 26 August 2026; the backend was scheduled for deletion on 25 August.
Why: Technically sound, zero distribution, nobody paying. I retired the SaaS model in May 2026 and switched the tool off in August.

A multi-model debate platform: three models critique each other over three rounds.

When: Server scheduled for deletion on 25 August 2026; the site was gone by 12 September (the date is not recorded).
Why: Parked in May 2026 with zero users, even on the free tier. Then the strategy call: SaaS was no longer the business.

An independent AI-model cost optimiser with a catalogue of over 700 models.

When: Infrastructure scheduled for deletion on 25 August 2026, parked since May 2026.
Why: The app was built but locked behind a waitlist page, and nobody flipped it. Zero validation from a real user. Parked in May 2026, then the strategy call.

AI-simulated customer interviews that returned a kill, pivot or build verdict on a product idea.

When: Infrastructure scheduled for deletion on 25 August 2026, parked since May 2026.
Why: Parked in the May 2026 triage, retired with the SaaS model, never reactivated. A product for validating ideas that was itself never validated.

AImpactScanner

Killed

A scanner that scored any web page against the MASTERY-AI framework for how AI search would read it.

When: Site deleted 25 to 26 August 2026; the backend was scheduled for deletion on 25 August.
Why: I retired the SaaS model in May 2026. The scanner also could not take money: three routing bugs sent six of the eight sign-up paths past the checkout, an estimated one-hour fix that was never made.

Continuous AI-visibility monitoring, the track-and-remediate layer of the AI Search Mastery suite.

When: Infrastructure scheduled for deletion on 25 August 2026. It never opened to users.
Why: Built before the suite it was meant to monitor had a single customer. Built, not validated, zero users.

An automated growth engine for the AI Search Mastery suite: a Python worker on Railway.

When: Worker deleted 21 to 23 July 2026.
Why: A growth engine for products that were themselves being retired.

SoloMarket

A marketplace where solopreneurs list and launch their products.

When: Kill decided 26 May 2026; the API was deleted 21 to 23 July 2026.
Why: Abandoned mid-way through phase two with an auth architecture the record calls 0 percent spec compliant. Killed in the May 2026 triage, the first product I deliberately switched off.
